Tiffany encourages clients to express their emotions and communicate their perspectives and needs. She supports clients to make decisions about the challenges they face in their relationship and future together. She helps clients to improve their relationship by building on their strengths and developing new skills and strategies to build a deeper, stronger connection.

Trauma Therapy

We provide trauma therapy to help our clients to overcome the lasting impact of traumatic events.

Unfortunately, most people will experience a traumatic event in their lifetime. These events can cause people to reconsider the way they see themselves and the world. They can leave people feeling anxious, depressed, upset, on edge, disconnected, and unable to function.

We are trained and experienced in evidence-based therapies which help clients to make sense of their experience, improve their well-being, and able to move forward in their lives. We have particular interest in;

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
